Silo Systems
Poultry silo systems are a special system in which feeds used in feeding chickens are stored and distributed. This system ensures that the feed is stored and the feeding process is carried out automatically. Silo systems reduce feeding costs, reduce feed loss and make the feeding process more hygienic.
Our silos, which are produced entirely from hot-dip galvanized sheet, of 275 - 350 gr/m², are easy to assemble and inexpensive.
The bolts used are 8.8 quality, the nuts used are 8 quality and galvanized.
The rubber coated galvanized washers used provide sealing.
Grain accumulation is prevented with hex key bolts in the conical section of the lower funnel.
Level control is provided with the feed sight glass in the lower conical.
The lower conical chamber is reinforced using a sheet metal chamber, not bakelite or plastic.
Silo support apparatus and feet are designed as 3 mm.
Special paste is used at all joints for sealing connections.
Feed transfer system can be installed in desired dimensions.
